Here’s the recipe for the banana bread.  It’s fairly simple.  Total prep time is about 15 minutes.

1 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup margarine softened
at least 2 ripe medium banana’s

Mix the dry goods in a medium bowl.  Then mix everything else in another bowl  (sometimes, I don’t bother and mix it all in the same bowl.   I know its the wrong way, but I truthfully don’t understand why, and I can’t taste a difference, so….)

Put it in a standard loaf pan (I spray it with the floured Pam stuff, but standard Pam works just as well).  Bake it at 350 for 60 minutes and then take it out,  get it out of the pan,  cool it for a bit and enjoy.

I try to put 3 -4 banana’s in that a close to the end of their usefulness. Depending on how ripe they are, the moisture content can vary, so if they are really wet and squishy, you might need to bake it a little longer.  Your mileage may vary.
