Banana Bread

Yesterday, it was cold and we were inside with the kids all day. So whats a dad to do? Introduce a 3 year old to Banana Bread.
A long time ago, I snagged a recipe off my mother in law that is just about perfect (to me at least), and since I had a few banana’s around, time to get cracking.
Meghan actually cracked an egg into the bowl. She did fairly well. She watched me do one and then did it herself. A bit of shell made its way in, but it was easily fished out.
And you have to have an official batter taste. It just wouldn’t be right.
And the finished product. Its very good. I don’t add nuts into my banana bread since I like it better that way.
